When Benefits End

Leaving Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions?

Are you thinking about leaving Enterprise Wireless? We will be sad to see you go but we understand that life can take us in other directions. If you leave, here’s what you need to know about your benefits once your employment ends:

  1. Your Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits are active until the end of the month following your termination date.
  2. Your Life, AD&D, and Disability benefits end on your termination date. You may seek private Life insurance through Unum.
  3. Your FSA account funds are available through the end of the month and you have 90 days from your termination date to submit eligible expenses.
  4. Your HSA is yours to keep, however a monthly HSA administration fee will be deducted while it’s kept with HealthEquity.
  5. You can continue your health coverage as allowed under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA). You must enroll in COBRA to have health coverage. COBRA coverage is generally available for up to 18 months.  

Dependents Aging Out

A dependent child’s benefits will end the last day of the month in which the child turns age 26. Their coverage will be terminated automatically in Workday. The dependent will then receive information about enrolling in COBRA.
